Arthur B. Berger is the Managing Director of Ray Quinney & Nebeker and a distinguished attorney in intellectual property and commercial litigation. With decades of experience, he represents businesses in patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright, and trade secret litigation. Arthur earned his B.A from Colgate University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and has since built a highly regarded career in intellectual property law. Arthur has handled high-profile intellectual property disputes throughout his career, including serving as the lead IP enforcement counsel for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. He also regularly represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
