Kathryn M. Foley is an experienced transactional attorney specializing in business and intellectual property law. As a member of Downs Rachlin Martin’s Business and Intellectual Property Law Groups, she provides strategic legal counsel to clients across industries, including technology, financial services, consumer goods, and energy. Kathryn earned her Juris Doctor with Highest Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor for the Connecticut Law Review. She also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree cum laude and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Studies summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.
