Harold J. Eustache, Jr.

Harold J. Eustache, Jr. is a North Carolina criminal defense attorney and the founder of Eustache Law, representing clients throughout Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and surrounding communities. His practice covers all areas of criminal law, including DUI and DWI, juvenile offenses, drug crimes, assaults, sex crimes, and serious felony charges.

Harold completed his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College and the University of North Carolina before earning his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2014. During his academic career, he received numerous honors, including recognition as a Morehouse Academic Scholar and Ronald E. McNair Scholar, reflecting a strong commitment to excellence and leadership.

Harold is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Early in his legal career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Forsyth and Rockingham Counties, where he prosecuted several hundred cases in District and Superior Court, gaining extensive trial experience from the prosecutorial side.

Harold is also a decorated United States Army veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division and completed combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He conducted nearly 300 combat missions, earning multiple Army Commendation Medals and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, experiences that continue to shape his disciplined and fearless advocacy.

Harold J. Eustache, Jr. remains deeply engaged in both the legal profession and the veteran community. He holds leadership roles in multiple bar associations, serves on the Veterans Treatment Court Advisory Board, and is a member of veteran and civic organizations, reflecting a career defined by service, resilience, and unwavering dedication to his clients.
