Armando Rivera Jacobo is a partner at White & Case LLP, based in the firm’s Washington, DC, office. He is a member of the Global Project Development and Finance Group, where his practice centers on complex infrastructure financing and development transactions. His work spans public-private partnerships, energy infrastructure, and strategic infrastructure deals, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Armando Rivera Jacobo has extensive experience representing sponsors, lenders, and equity investors in the development, construction, and financing of major projects. His portfolio includes surface, marine, and air transportation infrastructure, natural gas transportation and storage systems, combined-cycle power plants, and renewable energy projects. His practice covers both domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on Latin America.

Armando is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and New York, and is also authorized to practice in Mexico, giving him a truly cross-border legal platform.
