Arlene R. Schuler

Arlene R. Schuler is a shareholder at Archstone Law Group and a corporate lawyer with more than thirty years of experience advising businesses, executives, owners, and professional practices. Her work includes entity formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell arrangements, commercial leasing, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, intellectual property, technology licensing, and outside general counsel services. She works with clients in health care, technology, real estate, and other industries on legal issues connected to operations, growth, ownership, and business transitions.

Arlene earned a B.A. from Smith College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Her education provided a foundation for corporate counseling, contract analysis, negotiation, and problem solving across complex business relationships. She later built experience in private practice and served as a staff attorney for the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, adding appellate and judicial perspective to her broader corporate work.
