Aram Ordubegian is the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office and leads the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice. He focuses on reorganization, insolvency, and bankruptcy litigation, representing businesses, creditors, and individuals in complex financial matters before, during, and after bankruptcy proceedings.

Aram earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Advocacy and participated in the Moot Court Honors Program. He received his B.A. from California State University, Northridge, in 1993, establishing a strong academic foundation.

Aram represents debtors, creditors, trustees, and investors in restructuring and insolvency matters. His work includes advising on debt restructuring, acquisitions, divestitures, and governance issues. He has experience across industries and handles matters involving distressed assets, creditor rights, and complex financial transactions.

Aram has been recognized by Chambers USA for Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring and by The Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy and Debtor Rights. He has also been honored by The Legal 500 and named one of the “20 Rising Stars Under 40” by the Armenian Bar Association.

Aram is active in professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He has held leadership roles, contributed to legal publications, and participated in industry panels on developments in restructuring and bankruptcy law.
