About
Antoinette (“Debi”) Adesanya is an associate, and she has practiced at Wolf Popper LLP since February 2019. She represents clients in securities litigation, consumer law, corporate transactional and derivative disputes, and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has worked on matters involving retirement sweep accounts, stockholder transactions, securities claims, health care billing, and alleged deceptive consumer practices. Before joining the firm, she gained experience through legal internships in Nigeria and New York, including work involving antitrust claims and cross-border disputes.
Antoinette earned her LL.B. from the University of Bristol in 2014. She received her LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016. She graduated with distinction, earned Dean’s List recognition, and completed a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. She later obtained her B.L. from the Nigerian Law School in 2017. She completed Brooklyn Law School’s special program in American law courses in 2018. Her admissions include New York, Nigeria, and the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Antoinette has contributed to litigation in federal courts and the Delaware Court of Chancery.
