Anthony Spinella

Anthony Spinella is a Manchester, Connecticut trial attorney with more than 22 years of courtroom experience. He practices criminal defense and personal injury and has litigated more than 50 jury and court trials to verdict. His criminal work includes serious felony and misdemeanor matters, while his injury practice covers car and truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, sexual abuse claims, defamation, and injuries involving government entities. Anthony spent more than eleven years as a Connecticut prosecutor, ultimately serving as a Senior Assistant State’s Attorney. He prosecuted cases in the New Haven and Hartford Judicial Districts and later worked with the Statewide Prosecution Bureau. His experience includes matters involving drug trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, DUI, larceny, kidnapping, assault, computer crime, embezzlement, fraud, child abuse, and murder. That prosecutorial background gives him substantial experience evaluating evidence, witnesses, charging decisions, and trial strategy.

Anthony Spinella has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in criminal defense and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Manchester Bar Association. He is admitted in Connecticut and before the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.
