Ms. Gritt earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2011. She graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects, earning a B.A. in Government and a minor in Law and Society. For her academic excellence, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Before co-founding Bisceglie & Gritt, Ms. Gritt was a partner at Bisceglie & Walsh, where she handled high-stakes litigation, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. She also advised on legal ethics and guided clients through complex nonprofit governance and compliance issues.

Ms. Gritt previously served as a law clerk to the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court, where she prepared judicial opinions and conducted in-depth legal research. This early experience helped shape her strong foundation in litigation and judicial procedure.
