Caitlin E. Gritt is a founding partner at Bisceglie & Gritt, where she focuses her practice on nonprofit law, corporate governance, business transactions, entertainment law, and litigation. Ms. Gritt earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2011. She graduated from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects, earning a B.A. in Government and a minor in Law and Society. For her academic excellence, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to co-founding Bisceglie & Gritt, Ms. Gritt was a partner at Bisceglie & Walsh. She represented clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal defense there. She also provided legal ethics counsel and supported complex nonprofit governance matters.

Ms. Gritt previously served as a law clerk to the Judges of the Connecticut Superior Court, where she prepared judicial opinions and conducted in-depth legal research. This early experience helped shape her strong foundation in litigation and judicial procedure.
