About

Anthony L. O’Malley has built a long legal career serving individuals and families across Wisconsin in a wide range of legal matters. His background includes military service during the Vietnam era in the United States Navy before pursuing higher education and entering the legal profession. Over the years, he has developed extensive courtroom and administrative experience while helping clients address challenging legal issues and protect their rights.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse in 1982. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law in 1985. This educational foundation provided him with a strong understanding of both analytical problem-solving and the legal principles that guide his work with clients.

Anthony began practicing law after completing law school and quickly gained valuable experience in public service. During the early stages of his career, he served as an assistant city attorney for Fond du Lac. In that role, he handled prosecutorial responsibilities for the city, giving him significant experience in litigation, legal procedure, and courtroom advocacy. That experience continues to support his work in a variety of legal matters today.

Anthony focuses his practice on Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, Criminal Defense, Traffic/OWI Defense, Civil Law, Employment Law, and Personal Injury matters. He assists individuals dealing with workplace injuries, employment-related disputes, criminal charges, traffic violations, and claims involving personal injuries or property damage. His work frequently involves representing clients before courts and administrative agencies, helping them navigate legal processes and pursue practical resolutions.

Anthony L. O’Malley continues to provide dedicated legal guidance while maintaining a strong commitment to public service and community involvement. Anthony is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys, and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the federal courts for both the Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin.
