Anne Rosenblum

Anne Rosenblum is a civil litigation lawyer at Dinse whose practice includes medical malpractice, insurance coverage, personal injury, and general commercial disputes. She works with the firm’s litigation team and approaches cases by developing a clear understanding of a client’s needs, priorities, and concerns. Her experience includes courtroom-focused work as well as investigations and arbitration matters, supporting clients facing disputes that require careful legal analysis and persuasive written or oral advocacy.

Anne earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Her legal training was followed by experience in federal court and private practice. She served as a law clerk to Judge Christina Reiss of the US District Court for the District of Vermont, gaining direct exposure to federal litigation procedure, judicial decision-making, and the preparation of complex civil matters before the court.

Rosenblum previously worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of WilmerHale LLP. Her work there focused on representing an institutional client in FINRA customer arbitrations and assisting with internal and federal regulatory investigations. She also maintained a pro bono practice centered on reproductive rights. At Dinse, she applies that background to civil disputes involving healthcare, insurance, personal injury, and commercial matters.

Anne Rosenblum is admitted in Vermont and New York and before federal courts in Vermont and the Southern District of New York. She brings experience from a federal judicial clerkship, major-law-firm litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations, and Vermont civil litigation.
