Anne C. Foster has over three decades of experience handling complex corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware courts. Anne earned her B.A. in Government and Economics from the College of William & Mary in 1983. She later received her J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in 1986. Her academic background laid the groundwork for her long-standing career in corporate litigation.
