Stacy S. Ramdas

Stacy S. Ramdas is an experienced attorney known for delivering practical and effective legal guidance to businesses and organizations. Her career began in Singapore, where she focused on large international energy transactions and mergers and acquisitions before moving back to the United States in 1999. Stacy earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1996. She also holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder, completed in 1991.
