Anna Christiansen

Anna Christiansen is a non-equity shareholder at Christensen & Jensen whose practice centers on complex civil litigation. Her work includes civil rights, business and commercial litigation, personal injury, personal injury defense, insurance claims and disputes, motions, and appeals. She represents clients from pre-litigation through trial and has appellate experience in Utah courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Christiansen earned her J.D. with high honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2020. She served as Executive Online Editor of the Utah Law Review and received Outstanding Achievement Awards in Business Organizations, Evidence, and Federal Income Tax. She previously earned an M.A. in American Studies from Utah State University in 2015 and a B.A. in German Language and English Language and Literature from Weber State University in 2010.

Christiansen handles disputes involving constitutional and civil rights issues, business conflicts, insurance claims, and serious personal injury allegations. Her practice includes both plaintiff and defense work, which provides experience evaluating legal theories, evidence, damages, and procedural strategy from different sides of a civil case. She also works on motions and appeals when disputes turn on significant legal questions or require review beyond the trial court.
