Angela Lipanovich, Esq., is a California attorney and the founder of Estriatus Law, a boutique firm dedicated to clean technology and renewable energy businesses. She provides strategic legal guidance to startups, growing companies, and established enterprises that are advancing sustainable innovation. She also assists clients with intellectual property protection, employment matters, trademark issues, tax concerns, and regulatory compliance. As outside general counsel and project-specific advisor, she helps clients manage risk, seize opportunity, and move complex initiatives forward with clarity and confidence.

Ms. Lipanovich earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and holds a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her legal education supports a practical, business-focused approach that balances legal precision with real-world application. This academic foundation allows her to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for clients operating in fast-changing regulatory and commercial environments.

Ms. Lipanovich has advised companies across the clean energy spectrum on transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters throughout her career. Her work includes guiding mergers and acquisitions, structuring solar power purchase agreements, negotiating joint ventures, and developing contracts for licensing, manufacturing, construction, and distribution. She served as General Counsel for a publicly traded solar company, where she supported significant financing efforts and helped advance renewable energy policy at the state and federal levels before founding Estriatus Law.
