Andrew W. Simpson is a managing partner and Nebraska business and real estate lawyer who advises business owners, developers, institutional clients, municipalities, and individuals. He focuses on real estate development and transactions, land use, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and estate and succession planning. His practice also covers construction, probate and trust administration, and agribusiness matters. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He then received a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he earned the Outstanding Thesis Award. He later completed a Juris Doctor at Creighton University School of Law. His combined science and legal education supports careful analysis of real estate, land use, environmental, and business matters.

Andrew has more than 18 years of legal experience and has guided significant multimillion-dollar development projects across the Omaha metropolitan area. His work includes commercial and residential real estate development and financing, title due diligence and disputes, environmental due diligence, wetlands mitigation, 1031 exchanges, contract drafting and negotiation, entity formation, and probate litigation. He has also advised municipalities and corporations and represented clients in Clean Water Act matters.

Andrew W. Simpson is admitted to practice in Nebraska and before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
