Andrew Vinduska

Andrew Vinduska is a dedicated criminal defense lawyer at Addair Law who has built his legal career around helping individuals navigate the criminal justice system. With extensive courtroom experience and a strong understanding of both prosecution and defense strategies, he represents clients facing a wide range of criminal charges in state and federal courts. Throughout his career, he has focused on protecting the rights of individuals and guiding them through complex legal proceedings with professionalism and clarity.

Andrew pursued his higher education at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. He earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2003, followed by a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice in 2004. His academic background gave him a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and its operations. He later completed his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2007. His education provided a strong foundation for his legal career and prepared him for the challenges of criminal litigation.

Andrew, after law school, began his legal career with the Sedgwick County Public Defender’s Office in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, he represented individuals charged with felony offenses ranging from less serious crimes to cases carrying potential life sentences. This experience allowed him to develop strong trial advocacy skills and gain firsthand knowledge of defending clients in high-stakes situations.

Andrew later served as a prosecutor with the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Sedgwick County. During this time, he handled cases involving traffic violations, serious felonies, and homicide offenses. Working on the prosecution side gave him valuable insight into how criminal cases are evaluated, prepared, and presented in court.

Andrew Vinduska has continued to represent juveniles and adults facing criminal charges of varying severity since joining the Manhattan, Kansas legal community in 2011. He helps clients understand the legal process, evaluate their options, and build effective defense strategies. His broad experience on both sides of the courtroom allows him to provide informed representation and dedicated advocacy for people facing criminal justice challenges.
