Andrew Sullo is a distinguished trial attorney and the Founding Partner of Sullo & Sullo, L.L.P. Since co-founding the firm in 2000, he has been instrumental in handling complex pharmaceutical and product liability cases. He leads the National Pharmaceutical and Products Liability Group and oversees personal injury litigation. Andrew has successfully represented hundreds of plaintiffs in cases involving defective medical devices, transvaginal mesh failures, and dangerous pharmaceutical drugs. Additionally, he has advocated for Hurricane Harvey victims and individuals injured in catastrophic car and truck accidents.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Business Administration from Trinity University in 1997. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2000. He was admitted to practice law in Texas that same year, followed by admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2003 and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in 2018. His extensive legal experience includes more than 8,000 courtroom hours and hundreds of trials to verdict.

In 2014, Andrew expanded the firm’s focus to include litigation against major corporations, securing over $50 million in settlements for injured clients. He has successfully litigated against Fortune 100 companies with multi-billion-dollar revenues, demonstrating a relentless commitment to justice. Under his leadership, Sullo & Sullo has earned accolades such as the Reader’s Choice Award for Best Law Firm and the Texas Lawyers Group’s ‘Best of the Best’ Criminal Practice Lawyer in 2012.

Andrew Sullo also plays a key role in litigation against foreign banks involved in violating U.S. Anti-Terrorism laws. His firm has been at the forefront of cases against institutions such as BNP Paribas and HSBC Holdings. Recognized for his outstanding legal advocacy, the National Trial Lawyers Association has named him a TOP 100 NATIONAL TRIAL LAWYER for eight consecutive years.
