Andrew Slepian

Andrew Slepian is an accomplished attorney and the founder of Slepian Law, established in March 2013. With a strong foundation in economics and law, Andrew has dedicated his career to providing effective and compassionate legal representation in immigration matters.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 before attending Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated in 2008. After passing the New York State Bar in March 2009, Andrew immediately began practicing law as an Immigration and Removal Defense Litigator. His dedication and skill quickly earned him recognition, and within three years, he rose to the position of Junior Partner at a prominent immigration firm.

In 2013, Andrew founded Slepian Law to deliver more personalized, client-focused legal representation to his community. Today, Slepian Law is a dedicated immigration law firm, handling complex immigration cases, removal (deportation) defense, family-based immigration, and other immigration-related matters. Since opening its doors, the firm has helped countless clients navigate the U.S. immigration system, building a strong reputation for trusted advocacy, professionalism, and results-driven service.

Andrew’s dedication to the legal profession extends beyond private practice. He is an active member of several esteemed professional organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Defenders Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Furthermore, Andrew has served as Treasurer of the Upstate New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2012, demonstrating his leadership and dedication to the field.
