Brad Trust

Brad Trust is the Chief Production Officer and an owner at Edgar Snyder & Associates, where he plays a key role in guiding personal injury litigation. His leadership extends beyond individual cases, as he oversees the firm’s personal injury attorneys to ensure every client receives dedicated and strategic representation. With a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate, he helps the legal team anticipate challenges and build strong cases for accident victims.

Brad earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law after completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. His knowledge of both state and federal courts strengthens his ability to manage complex cases.

Before joining Edgar Snyder & Associates, Brad spent 16 years as an insurance defense attorney, representing major insurance companies, individuals, and corporations throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia. That insider experience gives him a deep understanding of how insurance companies work to minimize or deny claims—knowledge he now uses to build stronger cases, outmaneuver insurers in negotiations and in court, and fight for maximum compensation for accident victims.

Brad has litigated hundreds of cases throughout his career, including those with multiple parties and complex legal challenges. He has secured eight-figure and multiple seven-figure settlements for his clients and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers. He has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America since 2021 and has been selected for Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since 2023. Earlier in his career, he was named to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars from 2005 to 2008.
