Andrew S. Muth

Andrew S. Muth represents people and families in personal injury law matters at Muth Law, PC involving medical malpractice, vehicle accidents, product liability, and other serious injuries. He has practiced for more than 35 years and has tried hundreds of jury cases while resolving many others through favorable settlements. Andrew earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1975 and his B.S. from Kalamazoo College in 1971. He was admitted to the Michigan bar in 1975 and is also admitted before the US Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit, and federal district courts in Michigan. His education and admissions support his extensive trial practice in complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation and related matters.

Andrew has handled cases involving amputations, burns, quadriplegia, paraplegia, medical negligence, unsafe equipment, vehicle crashes, and other severe injuries. He has frequently been invited to speak to attorneys, law students, and the public about personal injury law and trial practice.
