Kevin F. Quinn

Kevin F. Quinn is a senior trial lawyer in San Diego who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, and mass tort cases. He also helped obtain a multimillion-dollar jury award in a medical negligence case and successfully argued before the California Supreme Court on a drug manufacturer’s duty to warn consumers about risks associated with a generic product.
