Logan Quirk

Logan Quirk is a personal injury attorney licensed in California and Nevada who represents people harmed in accidents and other incidents caused by negligence. His work includes car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accident claims, as well as premises liability, dog bite, trip-and-fall, and wrongful death matters. Quirk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completing the degree in fewer than four years. His academic background developed the analytical and broad-based perspective that supports his work evaluating injury claims and addressing the practical challenges clients face after an accident.

Before beginning his personal injury practice, Quirk worked in a plaintiffs’ construction defect practice, representing homeowners against large construction companies and their insurers in claims involving defective construction. After law school, he moved directly into personal injury law and opened a San Diego office in 2012 before expanding to Los Angeles in 2013. This background gives him experience confronting insurers, developing claims, and managing cases from initial review through resolution.
