Mr. Rapacke earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, and a B.S. in History and Japanese from the United States Naval Academy. His multidisciplinary education allows him to bridge the gap between complex technologies and practical legal strategies, ensuring clients receive tailored and effective IP solutions.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Rapacke served as a Naval Engineering Officer aboard multiple warships, supporting global maritime operations and U.S.–Japan naval cooperation. This experience instilled a strong foundation of leadership, precision, and problem-solving that he applies to every client matter. His background uniquely positions him to handle sophisticated technical issues in software, AI, blockchain, autonomous systems, and advanced manufacturing.
An active member of the startup and inventor community, Andrew Rapacke frequently lectures on intellectual property topics for major organizations such as TMC Health Tech Accelerator and the Association of University Technology Managers. He represents entrepreneurs, inventors, and innovators nationwide, including participants from Shark Tank. Committed to public service, he volunteers with the Florida Patent Pro Bono Program and mentors future Naval Academy candidates through his role as a Blue and Gold Officer.
