Andrew Peters is the founding Attorney of Peters PLLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in litigation matters throughout Minnesota. With more than 15 years of experience, his practice focuses on employment disputes, business litigation, and family law, offering clients strategic guidance through complex, often high-stakes legal challenges.

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, graduating with Distinction. He also graduated summa cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa, building a strong academic foundation for his litigation-focused legal career. Before establishing Peters PLLC, he practiced at nationally recognized firms, including Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Jones Day. He also served as Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo, where he managed employment litigation and advised on complex workplace issues involving legal risk, strategy, and dispute resolution.
