Andrew P. Doup

Andrew P. Doup, Esq., is a securities and business lawyer at SyndicationCounsel LLC, who advises founders, fund managers, developers, and investors on private capital transactions. He focuses his practice on federal and state regulation of exempt securities offerings across varied industries and asset classes. Andrew earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He earned his M.A. in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Before his legal career, he served as a US special operations intelligence officer. He is admitted to practice in Ohio.
