His work spans financings, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and joint ventures. Andrew earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he served as student authorities editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He also earned his B.B.A. from The George Washington University and completed Japanese language studies at Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan.
