Blake F. Deal III

Blake F. Deal III is a seasoned Florida attorney whose practice concentrates on real estate, construction, and contract law. Blake earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University before completing his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1996. His unique combination of legal and engineering expertise gives him a deep understanding of the technical and practical aspects of property, construction, and development law.

Since his admission to The Florida Bar in 1996, Blake has completed more than 10,000 real estate closings, ranging from modest home purchases to transactions exceeding $120 million. He represents builders, developers, banks, and private clients across Florida, offering legal counsel that combines precision with approachability. Blake also serves as an instructor for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors™ and NE Florida MLS, teaching courses on contracts and listing agreements.

Before entering law, Blake worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Unison Industries, designing components used in aircraft such as the Boeing 777 and Saab Grippen fighter jet. He is also an Airline Transport Rated Pilot for United Airlines, reflecting his discipline, precision, and attention to detail.

Beyond his legal and aviation careers, Blake F. Deal III remains active in his community and church, contributing to international missions in Honduras, Brazil, and Haiti.
