Andrew Mongelluzzi

Andrew J. Mongelluzzi is the founding attorney of Clearwater Business Law, where he focuses his practice on business and commercial law with a strong emphasis on small business dispute resolution and contract matters. Known for his strategic negotiation skills and in-depth legal insight, Andrew helps business owners protect their interests and resolve complex legal issues efficiently and effectively.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University before completing a dual JD/MBA at Stetson University College of Law, equipping him with both legal acumen and business strategy expertise. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001, he has successfully represented entrepreneurs and companies across a wide range of industries, providing informed guidance on business operations, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Before establishing his own firm, Andrew served for over a decade as in-house counsel for one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the nation. In that role, he handled contract negotiations, business transactions, employment issues, and commercial disputes, gaining extensive experience in corporate law. His background as an MLBPA Certified Player Agent, representing more than 40 professional baseball players, further sharpened his negotiation and advocacy skills.

Beyond his legal career, Andrew has also founded and operated two small businesses, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face in launching and sustaining a company. This unique combination of business ownership and legal expertise allows him to provide clients with practical, results-driven solutions.
