About
Andrew McCain practices criminal defense, with a focus on criminal traffic matters, DUI/DWI issues, and related charges. He brings a prosecutor’s perspective to defense work, helping clients understand the process, prepare for legal challenges, and respond to cases with careful planning, clear communication, and strong courtroom knowledge.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2010. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2010. Andrew’s academic record includes FSU Law Book Awards in Criminal Procedure Police, Criminal Procedure Adjudication, Legal Research and Writing I, Constitutional Law I, Corporations, 20th Century American Legal History, and Professional Responsibility. These recognitions reflect his strong legal foundation and continued focus on detailed, disciplined legal analysis.
Andrew is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida.
