Mason has prosecuted patents and handled patent disputes involving sophisticated electrical and computer technologies. His practice includes USPTO post-grant reviews, federal district court litigation, and Federal Circuit appellate work. He also has extensive experience coordinating with foreign counsel on global patent litigation strategies and has participated in patent trials in Germany and the United Kingdom. He joined Klarquist as a lateral associate in 2011 and became a partner in 2017.
Andrew M. Mason is admitted in Oregon, registered before the US Patent and Trademark Office, and admitted to several federal courts, including the Federal Circuit. His practice combines technical engineering knowledge with litigation and appellate experience, allowing him to assist clients through patent disputes from administrative review to federal court.
