Andrew J. Holcomb

Andrew J. Holcomb is the founder of Holcomb Law LLC in Laramie, Wyoming. His practice focuses on criminal defense for people charged with misdemeanors and felonies. He founded the firm in 2024 after serving as a Public Defender for the State of Wyoming. His experience includes representing hundreds of accused clients, negotiating plea agreements, protecting constitutional rights, preparing cases for trial, and pursuing acquittals when criminal charges proceed before a jury.

Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in 2015 and returned to the University of Wyoming for law school, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2022. His education in Wyoming provided a direct path into the state’s legal system and criminal courts. After admission to the Wyoming Bar, he moved into public defense, where courtroom work and high-volume client representation strengthened his practical understanding of criminal procedure and trial preparation.

Andrew’s public defender experience exposed him to a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases and the practical demands of criminal litigation. He has worked with clients from the earliest stages of a case through negotiation and jury trial.
