Andrew D. Swain

Andrew D. Swain is a seasoned civil litigator who advocates for plaintiffs in complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters. His practice spans nursing home neglect, wrongful death, product liability, mass torts, and consumer fraud. He also participates in class actions and provides counsel in various civil litigation disputes across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Andrew earned his B.A. with honors from Franklin & Marshall College in 1991. He then graduated with honors from Temple University School of Law in 1994, where he served on the Temple Law Review. In 1997, he completed his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple’s Beasley School of Law, further deepening his litigation skillset.

Andrew is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and to multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Third Circuits. His courtroom experience is matched by his dedication to improving the legal system and mentoring new attorneys through his work with the Philadelphia Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Division.
