Andrew Bramante

Andy Bramante, Esq., serves as Of Counsel at the Meyer Law Office, PC, where he brings deep experience in immigration law and removal defense. Since joining the firm in 2017, Andrew has become a key figure in handling appeals, motion work, and strategic case analysis. His practice focuses on defending against government overreach and protecting the constitutional rights of clients, particularly under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. He is especially skilled in the evolving field of “crimmigration,” where immigration and criminal law intersect.

Andrew Bramante graduated summa cum laude from both Case Western Reserve University and Dartmouth College. He began his immigration law career in Ohio, working at Margaret Wong and Associates and later at Rosner, Ortman, and Moss. At the latter, he developed a removal defense practice within an employment-based immigration law firm. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University Law School, where he revived the school’s immigration law clinic in 2016.

Admitted to practice before the Colorado Supreme Court, multiple federal appellate courts, and U.S. District Courts in Colorado and Northern Ohio, Andrew brings extensive courtroom experience to every case. At the Meyer Law Office, PC, he represents clients in high-stakes matters, develops sophisticated legal arguments, and leads litigation strategy to drive effective, results-focused outcomes.

Beyond his legal work, Andrew Bramante has a background in marketing, finance, education, and social justice advocacy.
