About
Conor Gleason, Esq., is a Senior Attorney at The Meyer Law Office, P.C., where he brings over a decade of experience in immigration law and removal defense. He joined the firm in May 2024 after serving three years as a Senior Staff Attorney at the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network. Conor’s career has focused on defending the rights of noncitizens, particularly those facing detention and deportation.
Conor earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2012, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. He completed his undergraduate studies at Colby College in 2005, also graduating magna cum laude.
Earlier in his career, Conor worked at The Bronx Defenders in New York, starting as an attorney in 2012 and becoming a supervising attorney in 2015. In 2013, he was part of a small legal team that launched the New York Immigrant Family Unity Project—the first universal representation program in the U.S. for detained noncitizens. His work helped set a national model for providing legal defense to immigrants in detention.
Before entering law school, Conor spent over a year in Ecuador and worked for nearly three years as an Investigator for The Bronx Defenders’ criminal defense team. These early experiences, combined with his fluency in Spanish, deepened his connection to immigrant communities and informed his approach to advocacy.
Conor Gleason is admitted to practice in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District of Colorado, the Southern District of New York, and the First Appellate Division of the State of New York. Today, he continues to stand with courage and purpose beside those facing removal, working to ensure fairness and justice in a complex legal system.
