Andrew Abraham is a shareholder at Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. and a Certified Real Estate Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. With over four decades of experience, Andrew concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and administrative law. His expertise extends to land use matters, title insurance disputes, leasing, financing, and franchisor/franchisee issues.
Andrew earned his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1982, where he served as Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with honors from Claremont McKenna College (1979).
After clerking for Vice Chief Justice Frank X. Gordon of the Arizona Supreme Court, Andrew joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 1983. Since then, he has tried numerous complex real estate and commercial cases in state and federal court, including adverse possession claims, condemnation cases, and multimillion-dollar lender-borrower disputes. He has also closed over 100 large-scale real estate loan transactions and resolved hundreds of title issues.
Andrew has earned consistent recognition for his excellence in real estate and commercial law. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2008 for Real Estate Law and Litigation – Real Estate. He was also named “Lawyer of the Year” in 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2024. Since 2007, he has been recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers. He was repeatedly chosen as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in Arizona from 2011 to 2024.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Arizona, Oregon, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His community involvement includes leadership roles with the Arizona Jewish Historical Society, Temple Solel, the Steele Foundation, and the Casselman Foundation.
