Amy Witherite

Amy Witherite is a highly respected personal injury attorney and founder of Witherite Law Group, dedicated to helping victims of car and truck accidents. Amy earned her J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law in 1993, graduating cum laude. She was inducted into the Order of the Barristers during law school, recognizing her excellence in courtroom advocacy. Before law school, she was a scholarship athlete in a top women’s swimming program. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma and is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Amy began her legal career at one of Texas’s oldest and most prestigious law firms before moving to an insurance defense firm, where she gained invaluable insight into how insurers defend claims. In 2001, she co-founded Eberstein Witherite, a firm focused on personal injury law. She later expanded her practice into Georgia and, in 2020, rebranded her firm as Witherite Law Group, continuing her mission of helping accident victims.
