Mitchell J. Sassower is the managing partner of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., with over four decades of experience in personal injury, construction accident litigation, medical malpractice, and product liability. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1975 after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College in 1972. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1976 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1977. His extensive legal knowledge has positioned him as a leading voice in labor law, with published articles in the New York Law Journal and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s Bill of Particulars.
