Amy M. McKinlay

Amy M. McKinlay is a Columbus family law attorney who represents clients in divorce, asset division, and other domestic relations matters. She has practiced law in Ohio since 1996 and has been an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law since 2007. Her work includes complex property issues, settlement strategy, discovery, and financial matters that arise during divorce and related family law disputes requiring careful preparation and practical judgment.

Amy earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 1996. She belonged to the Order of the Curia and Law Review and graduated in the top ten percent of her class. She also served as a judicial extern in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Otterbein College in 1992.

Amy has built her practice around family law matters that often involve detailed financial and evidentiary issues.
