Amy Berge

Amy Berge is a Principal Partner at Gray Ice Higdon, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky, with more than 35 years of legal experience. Her industry experience includes publishing, retail, manufacturing, sporting goods, healthcare, senior living, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, gaming, and automotive businesses. She has twice worked in-house on assignment with major firm clients, including a multinational tobacco company and an automobile manufacturer. Her experience provides practical insight into the legal and business concerns facing corporate legal departments.

Amy Berge is admitted in Kentucky and before the Sixth Circuit and several federal district courts. She has earned recognition from Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Managing Intellectual Property, and Kentucky Super Lawyers for intellectual property work. Her leadership includes service with the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce and Jeffersontown Economic Development Authority. She has represented clients in federal court, served as a mediator, and advised businesses on complex trademark, copyright, technology, and licensing matters.
