Amina A. Thomas

Amina A. Thomas is a partner at CohenMalad, LLP in Indianapolis and practices with the firm’s Class Action team. She focuses much of her work on privacy litigation involving data breaches and the alleged unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information. She represents plaintiffs in complex consumer law, class actions, helping individuals pursue claims arising from cybersecurity incidents, privacy failures, and other conduct that can affect large groups of consumers.

Thomas previously served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Melissa S. May at the Indiana Court of Appeals and Judge Heather A. Welch at the Indiana Commercial Court.
