Karl Leinberger

Karl Leinberger is a founding member of Markoff Leinberger in Chicago and focuses his practice on consumer rights law. He represents consumers in matters involving fraud, class actions, debt collection abuse, false advertising, unfair business practices, wage theft, overtime violations, landlord-related disputes, and Illinois biometric privacy claims. Karl earned his J.D. from DePaul University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Commercial and Business Law Journal, and received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa.
