Ameneh Maghzi is the founding attorney of Maghzi Law Firm, where she focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of U.S. immigration law. As an immigrant herself, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges her clients face. She provides representation in matters such as naturalization, visas, citizenship, and deportation defense with compassion and clarity.

Ameneh holds a Master of Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, where she was honored as a Fellow of the School of Graduate Studies for her academic excellence. She went on to earn a Master of Laws from Emory University School of Law. At Emory, she received recognition from the Center for the Study of Law and Religion for her outstanding scholarship and dedication to the field.

Ameneh’s legal background extends internationally. Before immigrating, Ameneh practiced international law abroad. After moving to Canada, she volunteered in family and criminal law, gaining practical experience that broadened her legal perspective. Today, she is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted to U.S. federal courts, enabling her to represent clients nationwide in immigration cases.

Ameneh is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She remains committed to continuous learning and to advocating for immigrant communities.
