Alyssa Mason

Alyssa Mason is an associate in Troutman Pepper Locke’s Corporate practice in Philadelphia. Her current work includes transaction teams advising clients on mergers and business combinations. In 2026, she was part of the firm team that advised Georgia Banking Company on its merger agreement with Tandem Bancorp and the later completion of that merger. She also worked on the team advising Echo Wealth Management in its combination with Cerity Partners.
