Robert J. Borghese

Robert J. Borghese is a business law and corporate transactional attorney and founder of Borghese Law Firm LLC whose practice focuses on startups, emerging growth companies, and investors. He advises on new venture structuring, corporate strategic planning, private equity and debt financings, and general corporate legal and transactional matters.
