Aly Love is a partner and Co-Head of US Technology and Life Sciences M&A with a practice centered on complex corporate transactions. Aly earned her academic foundation through a structured legal education that prepared her for sophisticated transactional work. She completed her B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2001. She later earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, developing strong analytical and deal-focused legal skills.

Aly focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory matters, and emerging companies.
