Allissa Aardema is an Indianapolis attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, professional liability, and real estate law. Aardema earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2023. During law school, she served as a content editor for IP Theory, president of OUTlaw, a Practice Group Advisor, and executive problem coordinator for the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition. She also earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and political science from Indiana University Bloomington and completed a certificate in political and civic engagement.
Before joining her current practice, Aardema worked as an associate attorney at two Indianapolis law firms, gaining litigation experience on behalf of individuals and businesses. She has practiced in both Indiana state and federal courts. Her admissions include Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for both districts, supporting her ability to handle disputes across multiple forums.
