Kyle W. LeClere

Kyle W. LeClere is a litigation attorney, Partner, Consumer and Industrial Products Litigation Co-Chair at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, who defends companies in product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes nationwide in courts. He manages litigation involving home appliances, paints, inks, and other industrial and consumer products. He also serves as national products counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies. His work includes personal injury, property damage, breach of warranty claims, and disputes involving complex commercial agreements and consumer law across a broad range of industries.

Kyle earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as a certified legal intern in the Civil Practice Clinic. He earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Notre Dame and participated in the Rev. Theodore Hesburgh Program in Public Service. He is admitted in Indiana and before several federal courts, including the US Supreme Court and federal district courts nationwide.

Kyle defends financial institutions, including banks, lenders, and mortgage companies, in disputes involving federal consumer protection laws and borrower-related claims. He handles matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
