Alison brings experience from prosecution work, civil defense, appellate courts, and federal and state proceedings. She focuses on the larger strategic picture of a case while managing the detailed research, motion practice, witness preparation, and courtroom work required in complex litigation.

Alison has served on trial teams in multiple asbestos product liability cases that proceeded to jury verdict, with responsibilities including legal research, motion practice, courtroom appearances, witness preparation, depositions, juror analysis, and examination planning. Her reported appellate work includes matters before the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Mississippi Supreme Court. She has also handled pro bono and appellate matters involving wrongful conviction and other significant legal issues.

Alison O’Neal McMinn has been selected to Mid-South Super Lawyers and recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in product liability, mass tort and class action defense, and personal injury litigation for defendants.
