About

Alicia M. Grant is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP who practices from the firm’s San Antonio and Houston offices. She focuses on product liability actions, mass torts, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. Grant represents clients in high-stakes matters arising from catastrophic industrial accidents, large-scale events, and other complex incidents. She also advises boards and business leaders on litigation avoidance, product liability, AI ethics, sports law, and emerging enterprise risks.

Grant earned her J.D., cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2016 and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007. In law school, she served as a senior associate editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and participated in national moot court competition. She also interned with federal and Texas appellate judges, strengthening the research, writing, and advocacy skills she applies to complex litigation.

Grant’s representative experience includes defending retailers, manufacturers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and transportation businesses. She has handled class actions involving product labeling and consumer claims, mass tort proceedings involving thousands of plaintiffs, product liability disputes, discrimination claims, contract litigation, and arbitration. Her results include defense verdicts, summary judgment, early dismissal of claims, favorable settlements, and a take-nothing arbitration award in a matter involving an eight-figure demand. She also serves as national counsel to Fortune 500 companies in litigation nationwide.

Alicia M. Grant received the San Antonio Business Journal Women’s Leadership Award and was named to Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation in 2026. She has also been recognized as a Texas Rising Star for products liability defense and in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for commercial litigation and product liability litigation. Her combination of courtroom experience, dispute-resolution knowledge, and proactive risk counseling helps businesses manage complex claims and develop practical strategies for significant litigation challenges.
